We pro-rate the first month's rent ONLY. After the first month it is a month-to-month rental program.
We require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Security deposits are returned AFTER YOU VACATE YOUR UNIT AT THE END OF YOUR LEASE. Security deposits are NOT applied to the last month's rent. If you go on the monthly credit card payment program NO security deposit is required.
